The Team Performance Assessment helps you measure your team in regards to 5 key metrics - Communication, Relationship, Alignment, Execution, and Capacity. This will help you as a team leader elevate the performance of your team so you will know which areas need the most attention.

Each team member will receive a 70 question assessment to gain clarity into the team's performance

The client will receive a 9 page report outlining the results of the team performance assessment

The client will receive up to a 75 minute consultation discussing the report's findings and outlining solutions for improvement

Assessment Process

When you purchase the Team Performance Assessment Package, here is what to expect:

Receive email confirmation for your purchase
A team member will contact you to walk through the assessment process.
Receive an onboarding email that includes a link to get your team set up on the platform
Once your team is set up, they will receive a link to the assessment.
Once the assessment has been completed, a consultation will be set up to review the results.
