Why Waymark
There is a way that seems right to people, but it ends in ruin and destruction. This way is typically marked by greed, control, selfish ambition, and scarcity. There is a better way that exists outside of ourselves and is a path of life. This way flows from the Lord and is marked by love, honor, empowerment, and abundance. Based on Isaiah 2:2-3, Waymark Leadership Consulting focuses on and helps others navigate this divine path so that everyone can thrive and do the most good to those around them.

My name is Danny Breed
Danny’s leadership journey started in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, where he learned and excelled in team based leadership. He ultimately rose to the position of Corps Chaplain of the 2300 member cadet corps, in which he led 5 Major Unit Chaplains and 45 Outfit chaplains. Over the past 25 years, he has led over 10 teams in civic organizations and mentored countless individuals. Most recently, he established a multi-million dollar Montessori School, in which he continues to develop each of his team members to maximize their potential within and outside of the organization.
